This recipe was given to me by a high school friend. With 4 small kids they are generally pretty picky but when you give these a name like, "Flower pot's with mud" they tend to go off the plate pretty quickly!
1 pkg. Jimmy dean sausage, browned
2 cups grated mozzarella
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
30 mushrooms
Clean and de-stem mushrooms. Mix first 5 ingredients while sausage is hot. Stuff mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
